936 FNUS72 KCAE 110935 FWSCAE Spot Forecast for ZigZag...SCHTP National Weather Service Columbia SC 435 AM EST Tue Feb 11 2025 Forecast is based on ignition time of 0500 EST on February 11. If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION... Rain showers are currently moving across the area but majority of them are staying north of the burn site at this time. Scattered rain showers will continue through the morning and into the early afternoon where I expect majority of this activity to stay north of the burn site but there will still remain a chance of a shower through much of the morning. Any rainfall will be fairly light. Besides this, winds remain out of the northeast to east all day today at 5-10 mph with some possible gusts to 15 mph this morning before subsiding during the afternoon. We keep clouds and fairly high RH above 65-70 percent all day, even during the afternoon. Better rain chances move in tonight and continue into Wednesday with the most widespread rain likely staying just north of the burn site. .REST OF TONIGHT...
