High pressure will prevail over the region today. Near calm winds
this morning should pick up to around 5 to 10 mph from the east to
southeast by late morning through the afternoon. No precipitation
is expected with limited atmospheric moisture and an upper ridge
aloft. Min RH values expected to fall in the 35 to 40 percent
range. Poor dispersion expected tonight with winds becoming light
from the southeast.
