.DISCUSSION...
An upper level low will be approaching from the west and will move
over the region by this evening but rain is not expected due to
the air mass still relatively dry. Winds will be mainly southwest
this afternoon 5 to 10 mph but may shift southerly. The minimum RH
this afternoon is expected to drop to around 38 percent with some
mixing. The nighttime inversion will set up between 7 pm and 8 pm
with poor dispersion tonight. Fog is possible late tonight.
