.DISCUSSION...A slightly drier airmass in pushing into the region
today behind a surface front.  This will help to bring bring lower
afternoon Relative Humidity readings to the burn site.  Skies will
remain mostly sunny, and winds will turn more out of the northwest
once better mixing starts by 10 am.  Transport winds also will be
northwesterly at the site.  It will remain hot for afternoon
temperatures, but with the lower RH readings, the apparent temperature
will only reach just above 100 degrees F during the peak heating of
the day. Fog is not expected tonight due to the drier air.
