.DISCUSSION...
Mostly sunny today with less wind than Thursday. The inversion breaks late this
morning, generally between 10 and 11 AM, with light winds becoming westerly
around 8-10 mph. Some breeziness develops this afternoon, with gusts up to 20
mph possible. Winds then decouple this evening to less than 5 mph. Daytime
relative humidity minimums should be around 36 percent, perhaps slightly higher
in well sheltered areas near any bodies of water. Good overnight recoveries.
Not fog is expected. Mostly sunny again Saturday with light northerly winds,
speeds generally less than 10 mph.
