Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
1224 PM EDT Sat Oct 11 2025

.DISCUSSION...
Breezy northerly to northeasterly winds likely continue into this evening
as the coastal low continues to develop, but rain chances likely
increase overnight where periods of moderate rain will be possible
tonight and into Sunday morning. The likely area for majority of this
rain will be the eastern Midlands and into the Pee Dee region. Winds
may relax some Sunday, but rain chances are expected to continue through
the day as the low remains close to the SC coast. Conditions finally dry
out on Monday and through the week with drier air moving in and
temperatures that return to near normal.

Fog potential tonight: Fog is not expected.
