Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
155 PM EST Tue Nov 26 2024

.DISCUSSION...
The forecast area will be between two cold fronts on Wednesday.
The day could begin with low clouds, especially in the CSRA,
giving way to scattered cumulus or stratocumulus by the afternoon.
A potent cold front will move towards our area Wednesday Night
into Thanksgiving, with the potential for widespread showers and
scattered thunderstorms. Gusty winds outside of any thunderstorms
will likely accompany the front in addition to a wind shift. Much
colder air will move in behind the front for Friday, through the
weekend, and into early next week.

Fog Potential Tonight: None
