Another cold night in store. Then, dry once again tomorrow with
minimum RH around 25 percent. High pressure moves offshore midweek
with increasing temperatures and moisture. Next chance of rain
arrives Thursday into Thursday night as a quick moving system
passes through the area, limiting total rainfall amounts.
