Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central South Carolina
and East Central Georgia
National Weather Service Columbia SC
121 AM EDT Sat Jul 26 2025

.DISCUSSION...
Upper level high pressure over the forecast area will lead to
light winds and dangerously hot conditions through this weekend
and into next week. Low level moisture expected to be sufficient
enough to prevent RH from dropping below 35 percent, even with
temperatures climbing into the triple digits. Chances for rain
increase next week, although the heat is expected to persist.

Fog Potential: Fog not expected.
