Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Columbia, West Columbia, Cayce, Forest Acres, Springdale, Dentsville, St. Andrews, Oak Grove, Pine Ridge, Arcadia Lakes, Five Points, SC State Fair Grounds, West Columbia Riverwalk, Riverbanks Zoo, Woodfield, Columbia International University, SC State Farmer`s Market, Fort Jackson, Columbia Metro Airport and Rosewood. - This includes the following highways...
