.DISCUSSION...
Today will be dry and warmer with terrain-driven winds. Afternoon
RHs are expected to fall to the 20s. Look for downvalley winds to
increase tonight ahead of the next weather system, with gusts of
25-30 mph late tonight into Thursday morning. This system will
bring a jump in humidities and scattered showers tomorrow. An
afternoon weak thunderstorm is also possible. Snow levels on
Thursday will climb to near 9000 feet, but the shower activity may
obscure the mountain tops at times.
