.DISCUSSION...

Utilized the GNF West-Zone Portable observations for wind trends.
I reduced the forecast winds (especially gusts) compared to
models and focused on a light down slope/valley overnight wind
becoming southwest-west in the afternoon under 15 mph. Sunny
conditions today and tomorrow with MinRH values in the 30% range
today, dropping to around 25% on Wednesday. Expect good RH recovery
overnight tonight.

Low precipitation chances arrive Friday afternoon, with better
chances Saturday evening into Monday morning. Here are the
precipitation probabilities for the Sat-Mon AM period:

Chance for 0.50 inches : 24%
chance for 1.00 inches :  9%
