.DISCUSSION...

Overnight into Wednesday morning, precipitation is expected to fall
mostly as rain. However, as surface temps approach or fall below
freezing, there is a small chance (10%) for freezing rain and/or a
few snowflakes. Through the day Wednesday, any precip will mostly fall
as rain, although the best chance for significant precip (and the best
chance for snow) arrives late Wednesday and continues into Thursday.
At this time, there is high confidence in at least 0.10" liquid precip
Wednesday evening into Thursday evening, with some of that falling as a
few inches of snow. Any snow is unlikely to remain on the ground for
long once precip switches back to rain during the day Thursday. By
Thursday evening, the chance for precip quickly decreases.

Daytime highs will generally be in the upper 30s to low 40s, with
overnight lows near or slightly below freezing. Winds will be mostly
light before picking up Thursday afternoon, with gusts around 20 to
30 mph at times into the weekend.
