.DISCUSSION...
As of 1500 MDT, showers are moving over the fire site. The chance
of showers continues through the evening, with a slight chance of
thunderstorms as well. The main threat with any showers and
thunderstorms today is gusty winds. While the chance of seeing a
wetting rain is low, cannot rule out brief heavy rain should a
thunderstorm impact the fire site. Isolated to scattered showers
and thunderstorms are forecast again on Saturday, and the chance
seeing a thunderstorm is a bit higher. With this, gusty winds and
brief heavy rain are the main threats, with hail being a secondary
threat. Otherwise, winds will be breezy out of the northwest
during the day today and Saturday, with generally southerly winds
overnight. Tonight will also see moderate to good relative
humidity recovery.
