Unsettled weather with near to below normal temperatures will continue through the end of the work week. Look for windy conditions to exist today into Friday with peak wind gusts of 30 to 60 mph forecast, strongest over the Sioux Ranger District. With more widespread precipitation generally over the Sioux Ranger District and scattered showers and thunderstorms over the rest of the area, all districts have a chance of wetting rain to end this week. In the mountains above 7000 to 8000 feet, all snow is expected to continue. By the end of the weekend into early next week, another potential weather system may bring moderate to heavy precipitation back across the region.
