.DISCUSSION...
Today will be warm and mostly dry with temps in the 70s and 80s.
Fire weather concerns will be elevated in Carter & Harding
Counties (zone 133) due to temps near 90F, RHs in the upper teens
and deeply mixed winds gusting 20-30 mph. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening.
Storms will be weak but could produce erratic wind gusts, mainly
close to the mountains/foothills. BIG changes coming this weekend
as a strong weather system brings widespread rain and significant
mountain snowfall. Most of the region should see 0.50-1.50" of
