Strong west to northwest winds will continue into the early evening hours, diminishing through the night tonight. Cool temperatures tonight with strong RH recoveries most locations. Winds turn easterly on Tuesday with gusts in the 20s. This will keep cool temperatures in place with MinRH values in the 30-40% range. Dry conditions continue Wednesday with an afternoon wind shift to the north. This will continue to hold temperatures mainly in the 60s central and west, with 70s creeping into SE Montana and the western Dakotas, and holding MinRH values in the 30s and 40s. Rain chances increase for Thursday into Saturday. Best chances for a wetting rain are Friday afternoon through Friday night.
