THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE
SHERIDAN COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY.

The Bighorn National Forest Closure Order has been issued. The
northern portion of the Tongue Ranger District north of highways
14 and 14 a to the Montana State Line is closed. This order is
being put in place to protect firefighter and visitor safety. If
you are in the effected area please leave now. This includes all
campers and hunters in the affected areas of the Bighorn National
Forest. Highway 14 between Burgess Junction and Dayton is now
closed.
