Temperatures increasing above freezing has changed snow to rain this
early afternoon across lower terrain, though higher terrain will
continue to hold on to accumulating snow through the afternoon with
an additional inch or so of accumulation. With the heavier lake
effect snow diminished, the Winter Weather Advisory will be allowed
to expire.
