* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 3 to 5
  inches in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The higher end snowfall totals are expected
  across the Tug Hill Plateau.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling,
be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
