JEFFERSON...LEWIS...CAYUGA...OSWEGO AND NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO COUNTIES
THROUGH 515 AM EDT...

At 406 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 13 miles southwest of Stony Point to near
Lyons. Movement was east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Volney, Turin, Montario Point, Lacona, Amboy Center, Bellwood, Stony
Point, Fruit Valley, Copenhagen, Osceola, Port Byron, Lyonsdale,
Highmarket, Mexico Point State Park, Orwell, Adams Center,
Smartville, Savannah, Conquest, and Altmar.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 90 near exit 40.
 Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 43.
