...LOCALLY DENSE FOG THROUGH MID-MORNING...

There will be areas of locally dense fog, which will lower
visibility to below a half mile at some locations early this
morning. Fog will be most dense in valley locations, and near
lakes. The fog will gradually dissipate between 9 a.m. and 10
a.m. Motorists should exercise caution and be prepared for rapid
changes in visibility.
