* At 1014 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 nm west of
  Ripley, or 11 nm northeast of Erie, moving northeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Van Buren Point, Lake Erie Beach, Barcelona, Sturgeon Point,
  Dunkirk, Ripley, and Sunset Bay.
