* At 709 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Van Buren
  Point, or 7 nm northwest of Dunkirk, moving northeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Van Buren Point, Lake Erie Beach, Wanakah, Woodlawn Beach, Sturgeon
  Point, Dunkirk, Athol Springs, Bayview, and Sunset Bay.
