...DANGEROUS ICE CONDITIONS POSSIBLE ON LAKE ERIE TODAY...

Dangerous ice conditions are possible along the Lake Erie shore
through this evening. Offshore, southwesterly winds of 15 to 25
knots may cause ice to break off from the southern shoreline.
Anyone caught on the ice when this occurs will be stranded. It is
strongly advised to stay off the ice today.

The southwest winds may also cause ice to shift to the northeast
and potentially close shipping lanes.
