  Lake Erie from Barcelona to Buffalo...

At 236 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 12 nm southwest of Grand Island to near Lake Erie
Beach to Dunkirk to 10 nm southeast of Ripley, moving east at 35
knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Small Boat Harbor, Van Buren Point, Lake Erie Beach, Wanakah,
Barcelona, Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point,
Dunkirk, Athol Springs, Bayview, and Sunset Bay.
