This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western New York.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

A couple of low pressure systems will bring a prolonged period of
accumulating snowfall to the region Tuesday and Wednesday. Chances
for lake effect snow east of Lake Erie then continue Wednesday night
through the rest of the week. There remains a fair amount of
uncertainty as rain will also likely mix in for a period of time
Tuesday night through Wednesday. The highest snowfall totals through
Wednesday night are expected across the Boston Hills and the higher
terrain areas of Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties.

A couple of low pressure systems will bring a prolonged period of
accumulating snowfall to the region Tuesday and Wednesday. Chances
for lake effect snow east of Lake Ontario then continue Wednesday
night through the rest of the week. There remains a fair amount of
uncertainty as rain will also likely mix in for a period of time
Tuesday night through Wednesday. The highest snowfall totals through
Wednesday night are expected across the Tug Hill Plateau and Western
Adirondacks.
