420 AM EST Mon Nov 25 2024

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central New York.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

A storm system could bring wintry precipitation Thanksgiving Day,
though confidence on exact details including the storm track,
evolution, expected precipitation and accumulation is low at this
time.

A colder pattern will bring the potential for accumulating, possibly
significant lake effect snow east of Lake Erie Friday into the
weekend. There is large uncertainty in the placement of where the
heaviest snow bands may develop and how persistent they could be
once they form.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
