The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of western New York,
including the following counties, Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua,
Genesee, Niagara, Northern Erie, Orleans, Southern Erie and Wyoming.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat as precipitation has
changed over to snow for western NY and most area creeks and streams
have crested.
