* WHAT...Mixed precipitation and freezing rain expected. Total ice
  accumulations up to two tenths of an inch and snow accumulations
  up to one inch.

* WHERE...Franklin, northern St. Lawrence, western Clinton, and
  western Essex Counties in northern New York.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
