...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT FRANKLIN AND EASTERN ST. LAWRENCE
COUNTIES THROUGH 945 AM EDT...

At 905 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Massena International Airport - Richards
Field to 10 miles south of Piercefield. Movement was northeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Dickinson, Paul Smiths, Conifer, Massena Village, Wawbeek, Duane
Center, Brasher Center, Gabriels, Bangor, Akwesasne Mohawk Territory,
West Stockholm, Ironton, Massena, Massena International Airport -
Richards Field, Bombay, Tupper Lake, Helena, Adirondack Regional
Airport, Childwold, and Nicholville.
