...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN CLINTON...EAST
CENTRAL FRANKLIN AND NORTHWESTERN ESSEX COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM
EDT...

At 959 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
St Armand, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Saranac Lake, Jay, Wilmington, Black Brook, St Armand, Franklin,
Brighton, Lewis, North Elba, Peru, Harrietstown, Keene, Upper Jay, Au
Sable Forks, Union Falls, Gabriels, Ausable Forks, Hawkeye, Lake
Colby, and Jay In Essex County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
