Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong south winds through 10 AM this morning will mainly impact the northern slopes of the Adirondacks and northern Champlain Valley, then strong southwest to west winds will primarily impact northern New York between 2 PM and 7 PM this afternoon and evening.
