            Public reported a tornado between North
            Hammond and Brier Hill, New York. Video
            indicates the EF-0 tornado touched down in
            the nearby corn field and toppled an apple
            tree. Based on video and lack of additional
            damage, the tornado likely ended near the
            barn where a well cover was hoisted into one
            of its windows.
