This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern New York, central
Vermont, northeast Vermont, northwest Vermont and southern Vermont.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

The potential for flash flooding continues to decrease. However, we
expected round of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon that could
produce some gusty winds and brief heavy rainfall. The strongest
storms will likely be across southern Vermont and are included in an
SPS marginal risk for severe weather.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Heat returns to the region on Monday with afternoon high temperatures
climbing into the mid 80s to lower 90s. Afternoon heat indices on
Monday will climb into the 88 to 95 degree range; increasing the
potential for heat related illness.
