Gusty northwest winds of 15 to 30 mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph are expected beginning this evening, especially in the higher terrain of the Northeast Kingdom. A few power outages are possible. Snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches are possible in the the northern Greens and Northeast Kingdom Wednesday night. Slow down and use caution while traveling. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Gusty west to northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 to 40 mph will continue Thursday, especially in the eastern Adirondacks and eastern slopes of the Green Mountains.
