.DISCUSSION...
Light terrain driven winds this morning under 5 mph, will shift to
the southeast at 5 to 10 mph by late morning and become aligned from
the south by early afternoon with localized gusts 8 to 14 mph. Clouds
will increase with a mix of rain and snow developing by sunset.
Humidities will be in the 28% to 35% range through early afternoon, before
increasing late in the day as clouds lower and thicken. Temperatures
will warm into the mid 40s by 1 PM, before dropping off into
the upper 30s by 6 PM. A widespread wetting precipitation event is
expected tonight into Thursday with precipitation amounts
around one half of an inch. Localized higher amounts are possible
if any convection develops.
