.DISCUSSION...The forecast remains on track for marginally dry
conditions this morning. Relative humidity has trended a bit lower
with RH values falling to near 30% between 10 AM and noon as
temperatures climb with only modest increases in dew point.
Southerly/upslope winds likewise should increase through this
period, with gusts becoming more likely to reach 20-25 MPH by
midday.
