...Cool with developing rain by late morning...
Rain will develop in the Plattsburgh area between 9 AM and 11 AM
this morning and become moderate at times this afternoon, before
tapering off to scattered showers by this evening. Rainfall amounts
will be between four and seven tenths of an inch through 8 PM this
evening. Temperatures will be cool in the upper 50s and only climb into
the lower 60s with the developing rain. Winds will be light this morning,
but increase from the northwest this afternoon at 10 to 15 mph, with
localized gusts 18 to 24 mph at times toward 4 PM. The increasing wind
speeds with rain falling, will create feel like temperatures
only in the lower to mid 50s.
