.DISCUSSION...
Gusty summit level winds will continue through 0100 local time
before slowly decreasing overnight. After sunrise, another spike in
wind gusts can be expected before speeds drop sharply in the
afternoon hours. There are clouds on some of the peaks this evening.
Should there be a cloud already in place on Cascade Mountain Peak,
it will remain through about 0400 before beginning to dissipate. In
clouds, RH will be near 100% resulting in damp conditions with
condensation being a concern for those without shelter. If Cascade
Mountain Peak is currently clear, cloud formation overnight is not
likely as dry air moves into the region. Rain and thunderstorms
are not expected tonight or tomorrow.
