.DISCUSSION...
A cold front pushing across the region continues to bring some
beneficial rainfall. Total rainfall amounts so far have generally
been between 0.5 and 1.25 inches across northern New York and much
of Vermont, with some locations receiving over 1.50 inches so far.
The Northeast Kingdom and southern Vermont have received less so
far, but precipitation is still ongoing in these locations with
0.5 inches or so expected. Winds will be northerly throughout the
day, remaining a bit breezy, with gusts between 20 to 30 mph
possible Minimum RH values will generally be above 40 percent
throughout the day. Northerly winds will again gust between 10 to
20 mph on Thursday and relative humidities will fall into the 30
to 40 percent range.
