.DISCUSSION...
...Dry weather continues Saturday with widespread rain on Sunday...
High pressure continues to build across the region this afternoon
with mostly sunny skies and gusty north winds prevailing. These
winds will remain gusty through 2-4 AM before becoming light from
the north throughout the day on Saturday. Winds will switch to the
south/southwest on Sunday with widespread wetting rains expected
to bring beneficial rain to the region from the mid morning hours
through the evening hours. Overall, we are looking at a quarter to
three-quarters of an inch of rain with the highest amounts falling
across southern Vermont.
