.DISCUSSION...
Afternoon minimum relative humidities will bottom out in the
30-40% range for most areas through Wednesday, with the lowest
values in the wider valleys. The most exposed spots in the
valleys could see values drop into the upper 20s. However, there
will be excellent relative humidity recovery each night back to
80-100%. Some isolated to scattered showers are possible in the
Adirondacks and Northeast Kingdom tomorrow and Wednesday, but most
areas will stay dry. More widespread rain is expected by late
week. Winds will generally be under 10 KTs and mostly terrain
driven through Wednesday. Gusty southerly winds are expected
Thursday and the precipitation does not look to arrive until late
in the day.
