...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Orange, Rutland and Windsor Counties.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in minor flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Between 1.5 to 3.0 inches of rain is expected between
    Thursday night and Saturday night. This rainfall combined
    with existing high streamflows may result in minor flooding.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
