...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ZAPATA COUNTY
THROUGH 700 PM CDT...

At 635 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles south of Aguilares, or 17 miles north of Bustamante, moving
north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Zapata
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
