Buoy observations along the Middle Texas Coast suggest that Small
Craft Advisory conditions are not occurring there nor along the
Lower Texas Coast. As a result, the Advisory along the Lower Texas
Coast, in effect until 7 AM CDT this morning, has been cancelled a
few hours early.
