At 345 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an outflow boundary from
thunderstorms capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. The
outflow extended from 29 nm east of Laguna Madre to 12 nm north of
South Padre Island to 6 nm south of Port Mansfield, moving south at
30 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
