Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will continue to
move northwest through the waters off the Lower Texas coast
through early evening. The strongest activity will produce wind
gusts to around 30 knots, heavy rain, occasional lightning and
rough seas.

Mariners should continue to monitor the latest weather updates and
the potential for Special Marine Warnings.
