...FUNNEL CLOUDS OR WATERSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE TODAY...

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected
through this morning, then decreasing to isolated this afternoon.
The atmosphere is favorable for funnel clouds and/or waterspouts
to develop to develop. Currently, there is a low (5-10%) chance
of waterspouts developing with the stronger storms. Some of the
storms may also produce wind gusts around 30 knots and frequent
lightning.

Mariners should continue to monitor the latest weather updates
and possible Special Marine Warnings. Make sure all on board are
wearing life jackets and be prepared to seek safe harbor.
