...LINGERING MARINE FOG...

Patchy to dense marine or sea fog continues this morning over the
Laguna Madre and within 60 nautical miles of the coast. The fog
will persist through this afternoon, with visibilities between 1
and 2 nautical miles, and possibly briefly below 1 nautical mile
in spots. Thereafter, visibility should rise to 3 to 4 miles in a
hazy sunshine.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use your
radar and compass.
